Max Johnson 

Maximus (Max) Johnson, age 15, crossed over the rainbow bridge on February 10, 2017. His little lungs couldn’t keep up anymore, and it was time to go. He was adopted from the Sioux Falls Humane Society in May of 2007 at the age of 5, with his younger brother Hank. Max loved belly rubs and would demand them from anyone and everyone at any time. He loved barking at squirrels, chasing cats and showing other dogs (large or small) who the boss was. Who knew such a big personality could come in such a small package. He was a lover of travel, an expert at snuggling, beggar of food and a treat whore.

He will be forever in our hearts.

Thank you St. Francis Staff for all the hugs, and kind words you have expressed before, during and after Max’s passing. I will always be grateful.
