Jody Stiefel, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Jody Grzybowski-Stiefel grew up as an army brat and travelled all over the country with her family. She settled in MA and graduated with a BS in Environmental Biology at Westfield State College. She then followed her family to VA and attended Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. Graduating in 2006, she started her career in a small animal practice. In addition to her education in western medicine, she is certified in veterinary acupuncture and trained for veterinary tui-na (massage/chiropractics) and food therapy by the Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine in Florida. She believes the best medicine is obtained by integrating traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine. Other areas of her interest include surgery and ultrasonography. She thoroughly enjoys her clients and spending time getting to know them and educating them on their pets specific health concerns.
When not taking care of your pets, she is taking care of her two sweet and silly kids and her two dogs. In her free time you can always find her at yoga and CrossFit (she is an RYT 200 certified yoga instructor and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, as well) or you can find her reading a good book at a local coffee shop, cooking and baking in the kitchen or going on all sorts of adventures with her friends and family.
