Customer Service Representative

Richard has been in the veterinary field for almost 5 years.   He spent the previous 25 years in retail management, with many of those years in pet stores. He is originally from the mountains of East Tennessee but lived 15 years in Charleston, SC which he considers home. He lives in Fredericksburg with his wife Jennifer, daughter Taylor, dogs, cats, birds and guinea pigs.    When not at work you can find him in his yard or garage doing “dad things” or hiking with his family. Fun Fact: Richard is obsessed with Christmas and currently puts up over 50 trees in his house each year. He is the perfect complement to the front team.
